If you are contacting concerning the delivery status of a school, sports, or dance portrait order, we post delivery status information on the homepage. If you don't see your organization mentioned its because we are still in the middle of production, so please check back later. We always deliver every order for each organization on the same day (except late orders). It takes an average of 4-5 weeks from picture day to complete all the orders for an organization. For each hour we are at on-location taking pictures, we spend ~8 hours editing, printing, and packaging orders.
